My name is Ashley Cooper. I am from Dayton, OH. I am excited about being independent in a new city. This is my first year attending OSU. One of the main contributing factors that caused me to choose OSU was that it is located right in the heart of our states capitol. I feel that the opportunities in government are endless here. As you may have guessed, my major is political science currently, however, I am considering becoming a double major studying international affairs and journalism. Hopefully I can one day become a District Attorney and upon retiring I would like to write for the NYTimes. I am not really into the technology so blogging, prezi, and just the laptop session aspect of this class makes me a little nervous.
